• Concentration of athletes (5min).
• Walk at a strong pace (30min).
• Running (30min).
• Walking in a relaxed pace (10min).
• Strength Exercises (20min).
• Stretching Exercises - Rehabilitation (15min).
• Walk to the exit (10min).
The fitness program can help in improving:
• The general physical condition (cardiovascular potentiation, endurance, explosive force, etc.)
• Neuromuscular coordination
• The quintessence and balance
• Strength (strengthening of basic muscle groups as well as specialized strengthening of muscle groups necessary for tennis athletes)
• The mental well-being (which is also the main part of this program)
