Judo athletes use their hands and feet and practice through a system of predetermined movements that teaches the bases of attack and defense.
Judo is part of the Olympic Games, since the Olympics of 1972 in Munich.
Athletes are examined for their technical training by the Hellenic Federation of Judo (GNT) on the zone system that is called the "Kion Dan" system. The zone acquisition line follows the following order: white, yellow, orange, green, blue, brown and black. At younger ages, we use half the colored bands.
